This is the first shop in the world! I don't know how they're still open! They've had my car almost a month and every time they give me a day to pick up they keep saying Tomorrow I've given them $1,700 they were only supposed to have my car for 3 days. Absolutely would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!
View on GoogleFixed my malibu transmission about a year ago and still running great after 20k miles. Price was $2900 but serveral other transmission shops wanted 6-8k for the repair. Kept the car for a month and had a hickup when i picked it up but they stand behind their warranty and havent had issues since. Patience is key. 1 year later 20k miles later still running strong and i saved thousands of dollars
View on GoogleThe customer service, repair job, and price are not good. I took my car here initially for transmission work. I had to keep returning the car because the transmission light kept coming on after they kept my car for a month fixing it. They claimed they had to bring in a specialist to look at my vehicle. Eventually, the transmission issue was resolved. A year later, my check engine light came on again. They fired the previous staff/mechanic. It seems the owner's son works the front desk now. He is not knowledgeable and needs training on proper customer service. He never calls when he says he will and he has no idea how to communicate. They ended up ordering the wrong part for my car. My car sat in their shop a week before I called to check up on it. I was waiting for the young man to call, he never did. That is when he informed me that he was waiting to hear from me if I wanted them to do the work or not. They literally held on to my car without calling me to tell me they were waiting for me to call. Then, they told me they ordered the working part. They ended up keeping the car for a month in total. I saw my car sitting out in the street for several days. When I called to ask about it, they stated they were working on it. When I paid for the repairs, I asked if they could give me a discount for keeping the car for so long. The young man said no. He did not hesitate. They also add a surcharge charge to your payment if you use a credit card. I spent over $7000.00 in repairs at this place. Poor customer service. I feel very disrespected.

View on GoogleI payed $1400 for transmission repair and they didn't do a great job the men told me a week then it turned into 2 weeks and when i called the secretary was not helpful and when i asked her something she said she will ask the mechanic and give me a call back and never did and when i wanted to call back to ask they would ignore my call... I finally went to pick up my car mind you i live about and about 40 min away and the car was worst than when i took it there. I got someone else to take a look at my car fixed it with good result and quickly... Don't waste your time there really bad service and employees. And i just wasted my money there for nothing really.
