Best auto shop I've been to. They are professional, and detailed. They give itemized receipts, and even explain what's wrong, what they need to do, and why if you ask. You can also decline work from them with no hard feelings, so it doesn't feel like they are making stuff up to scam you. Just look at the review score, and the quantity compared to other local owned shops - nothing in the world will please literally 100% of people, but 94% of all customers from internet reviews is *really* good. Work is always exceptional, and the owner is frequently around to any questions that come up. Have referred several friends to them (there's no referral program or kickback - I just refer good services to those know), and my family has gone for years.

Our check engine light started blinking on a Friday. We called and we able to get an appointment scheduled Monday when they opened, as they aren't open in the weekends. We worked with Mike. He was casual, knowledgeable, friendly. He answered all of our questions without rush. They did a full inspection on our car and gave us the results of everything wrong with the car, even down to a wiper replacement. They didn't focus on just the problem we brought the car in for. We ended up having to take it to a dealership because of the complexity of the issue and it being under warranty, but would definitely come here for any future minor issues. It seems like a place that can trusted, which is sadly rare.
