Been here twice now and they are phenomenal. My catalytic converter was stolen and they kept the cost down so that the new one was covered by my insurance. Got it done fast too. Needed my brakes done another time and they were 100% honest about the condition of the car; I’d asked to have both rear brakes done and they said one was still in great shape, so I ended up paying half of what I’d planned. They also let me drop off the car right away and got things done that same morning. They don’t try to upsell you, great communication, and they treat me with respect as a young woman. They’ll take great care of you!

Had my Toyota Highlander serviced here for brake and bearing replacement. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with professionalism. As others reviewers stated Aviv was excellent with the communication and answered all of my questions. He explained the issue I was having (even though I had a good idea of what was needed prior to going to them) and at no point did I feel pressured to get additional things done that I know I wouldn't need. Bottom line is they fixed the issue I came for, finished in a timely manner, and quoted me a fair price (I have a close friend who is a mechanic that unfortunately, moved away that was able to verify for me that the pricing was fair)! It was my first time there, but they for sure have found a repeat customer with me as I will be taking all my vehicles here when they need service. From the mechanics to the people in the office - everyone was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again!

I had a great experience at Factory Muffler and cannot recommend them enough. The owner, Aviv, is incredibly honest and professional—which is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the 'slimy' experiences I’ve had with other mechanics in the neighborhood. The work was top-notch and the pricing was very reasonable. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel like you’re being treated with genuine integrity rather than just another transaction.
