This was my first time working with this shop. Starting from making an appointment on the phone to picking up my finished car it was seamless and communication was great. Updates on repairs needed, progress of the work, they pay attention to the detail and keep the customer informed. I had some more serious work to do on my Audi, a turbo replacement, DSG service, upper control arms starting to go, transfer case fluid serviced and an overall inspection. They were able to repair my car in a few days and prices were reasonable. This isn’t a shop that tries to upsell you, they will tell you what is needed and recommended and they are professional no nonsense. Great location too near the city right off the expressway. Appreciate you guys doing an amazing job on my car. Will be definitely by returning for my repairs to this shop.

Good service, honest guys. My 2016 Subaru Forester CVT transmission fritzed at 126k miles, right when I was starting my small business and needed not to have a car payment. Brandon led with the least expensive possible fix, and then when that didn’t do it, he located a used CVT with low mileage and a solid warranty. Hoping to get another year or two out of this car while I get my business up to speed. Definitely would use this shop again.

Their professionalism, friendliness, honesty, and incredible skill set them apart from anyone else I've dealt with. After years of being overcharged at the Volvo dealership, I switched to a local garage with a good reputation. They handled routine maintenance fine, but when my XC90 developed a more complex issue, they quoted me an astronomical repair price, claiming Volvos are 'unnecessarily complicated.' I requested a second opinion from Euro Auto Plex. They diagnosed the actual problem immediately. (It wasn't what the other shop had identified.) My 15-year-old XC90 has been in their expert hands for years now, and they've kept it running flawlessly. The peace of mind I have knowing they'll accurately diagnose issues without guessing or upselling is what I'd been looking for. Their consistency is remarkable. I always know exactly what to expect. So worth it to have someone who truly understands these vehicles inside and out.

They did a great job explaining what they were checking and also looking for more affordable replacement part. Appreciate the honesty and pricing was much better than Orloff…..but that is a low bar to get over
