I drove from Iowa to Chicago and right as I was getting into the city, my car starting acting funny. Terrible news because I needed to be able to get home within 24 hours for work. Called Eliot's and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Got a diagnosis quickly, a brake caliper had seized on me. They ordered the part and had the car ready by the next morning. Can't thank you enough for getting my car fixed so quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price. I was able to get home safely for work and am very grateful for these guys. Thank you again!

We are beyond thankful for Eliot’s Complete Auto Repair. They officially closed at 5 PM, but stayed open for us even though we didn’t arrive until 6:35 PM. They replaced our alternator, fixed our tire, added oil, and made sure our car was completely safe and ready to go before we left. Everyone was so kind, honest, and helpful during such a stressful situation. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. Highly recommend!

Another excellent experience at Eliot’s! My car was not registering the RPMs and the gas pedal was acting like it didn’t want to work. My car was able to limp into Eliot’s and they had it fixed and ready to go within hours. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend this shop!

Eliot's has been my go to auto shop for years. They've always done excellent work with incredibly fast turn around. They're fair, honest, and communicative. Eliot might've retired and I could see that turning some people away, but I can assure that they are just as good as they were before and I will continue bringing my car here.

I’ve been going to Eliot’s for many years now. I just brought my car in and was disappointed to find that Eliot had retired, but it seems as though the values of an honest mechanic still hold true here. As a contractor in the trades myself, I cannot stress the importance of having an honest and reliable person to depend on. Bonus points- the business is still family owned. In a world dominated by private equity and sub par work, we need to continue to support local and family owned businesses. Ownership may have changed but the quality of work has not!
