Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional,friendly & efficient. They inspected my vehicle, found the issue and explained everything clearly. They kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate their honesty,quality service. Attention to detail and Fair pricing, Great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. My suv was making terrible tweeting and rattling noise so I did some research, coming to the conclusion that conclusion that I needed a new serpentine belt. I saw this shop was not only close to my house, but had excellent reviews, so I brought it in on a Thursday. The lobby is very clean, well-stocked coffee station, a few TVs, spacious waiting area. I spoke with Marc at the front desk who quickly pulled up the contact form I’d sent in. We kinda laughed at my “research” and he informed me that a diagnostic would start at 100 something bucks. Very well. I left my car there. Within a few hours I received a couple text messages with links to 1) technician findings complete with descriptions and under-carriage videos of the actual problem, and 2) a breakdown of estimates to complete service. Needless to say, my whole exhaust system needed to be replaced due to faulty work from a different, cut-rate shop. What I thought would be a 300 dollar fix actually was a $2k problem. City ordered new dealer parts, which were delayed due to the storms. They texted me and asked if I needed my car back for the weekend and wanted to bring it in once the parts arrived on Monday. Communication! I said no that wasn’t necessary. Monday comes, and in the early afternoon they texted that my car was ready for pickup. Shared a few more laughs with Marc, hopped in, and drove away happy and most importantly, silently. This will probably be my go-to shop for all things from here on out! The work was professionally done, the communication is clear and courteous, the shop is clean, and I feel that I can really trust them to do honest work and not cut corners like those other folks did. 5 stars.

This place is fantastic! I had to get a tire change, and the entire team was amazing. Bobby is very knowledgeable and genuine, and really cared about me and my car. The mechanics were all super helpful, and sent updates with photos. They got me in and out in one day. Typically when I go to dealerships or other shops, they have to order a new tire that takes at least a week to come in. But they ordered my tire and had it ready the same day! Truly amazing people, and very trustworthy. I’ll be taking my car here for any future appointments.

City tire is top notch. I bring my Toyota tundra here for all repairs and service. Wonderful, personable customer service, no pressure to overspend, good prices, and fast turn around. Dealership shop was killing me and I’ve never looked back since trying city tire . Been 4 years now.

Came in a few weeks ago for an oil and filter change and was told, during the diagnostic, that my drive belt was worn and in need of replacement. The only supporting documentation of this was a blurry photo of the mechanism. A couple hundred I wasn't planning on spending but okay, fine. Approved the replacement and a bit later was told that I needed to "start praying" because the tensioner bolt was stripped and if a break happened, my car "wouldn't move." [?] So that was a cause for alarm... Soon after, they aborted the service and asserted that due to this bolt being stripped, I'd need to replace the entire system which was a "much bigger job" something like $600+; but they left no advice on when to bring it back in, exact costs, etc. Also was told that since my car is a 2004, that the belt is probably very old, etc. So all the above has been a bit of a pain for the last few weeks as I wonder if my car's drive belt was on the brink of failure as I put together the additional $200+ to get it replaced and everything squared away. Today, I went elsewhere with an exact quote and they let me know that my belt was fine and in working order... No replacement needed and they weren't sure, aside from the tensioner bolt, what City Tire's concern was. After checking my car history, I alsofound that the belt wasn't even 40,000 miles old (I now wonder why that wasn't done on CT's part to confirm the part's age before generalizing) All in all, I've been satisfied with getting regular maintenance done here and never had an issue until now. Oh well! Hopefully this is a unique experience to this place...
