I recently brought my car to Chicago Tire and Auto Service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the employees were friendly, helpful, and straightforward about the work my vehicle needed. It’s refreshing to find a shop that is both honest and efficient. I dropped my car off and was able to pick it up just a couple of hours later. During that time, they completed an oil change, installed four new tires, replaced the tire sensors, recharged my AC system, and checked the alignment. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and my car was running great when I picked it up. The quality of service was outstanding, and the pricing was fair and reasonable for the amount of work completed. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority at this shop. I can't recommend this shop enough! I recently had my alternator go out, and after calling around, several other shops in the area quoted me $600 for the job. I decided to bring it here, and they did the exact same work for only $400. The mechanics were honest, didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary parts, and had my car back on the road the same day. It is hard to find a shop in Chicago that provides this level of quality work at a fair price. If you want to save hundreds of dollars and be treated fairly, come here first! They fixed the issue, checked my tires, and made sure everything was safe. Fair prices and great service. If you need help with tires, brakes, or battery, I definitely recommend this place.
