I had my catalytic converter replaced. I was given a good price and the customer service is absolutely the best I've ever experienced.

This is not the place you want to get work done on your vehicle. The employees doing the work do not do any kind of good quality work even enough to justify taking your beater to them for a deal. This isn’t the place. Keep looking. After getting a vehicle fixed for a small rattle in the exhaust. The vehicle is worse off than when it was dropped off. You can watch the video for your self.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Horrible experience and worst of all, horrible customer service, which is worse because it’s coming from the “owner.” Not apologetic whatsoever even though there’s proof they were at fault and didn’t do what they agreed to originally. They keep your car for a week and still can’t fix the original issue and that’s after multiple visits, such a waste of time. They take advantage of customers in need of emergency vehicle repairs. They do not own up to their mistakes or try to even work with you to resolve it. Diagnosing is not their expertise as you get told something when you first go and the story changes consistently there after. Check previous reviews on here and on Facebook so you can see for yourself the consistency of bad service here. You will walk out paying more than double than originally quoted and your car will still have the original issue. This is by far the WORST experience I’ve had. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to going here. If I had the option of giving them 0 stars I would. Stay away, don’t let them take your hard earned money!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS. I was looking for an honest mechanic shop in the area and decided to trust this place and also Lux Auto Body Shop next door. I believe it’s the same owner. They take your money and do low-quality work. I DON’T believe they are certified mechanics. I believe they have some experience and the ability for small repairs, but honestly, I would try any other shop. I had a coolant leak, but it was leaking inside the engine. They recommended an engine swap with a used engine they had. I agreed, and the coolant stopped leaking, but the day I picked up the car and left the lot, my check engine light turned on. They damaged my alternator cable, so my battery wasn’t charging, and my car died while I was driving.(They tried to charge me for a new alternator.) I also had a fuel line come off when driving due to the mechanic not installing the clip to keep it in place. I had about 6 months of returning for several different issues related to the engine installed. Every time i returned the car they would keep if for 3-5 days and no issues were fixed I was left with a check engine light on. They do offer you to bring your car back but they make you wait cause they have paying customers first and i took my car back more than 8 times. I believe it was a fair amount of returns before trust was fully lost in the shop’s ability to repair my vehicle. These are receipts for the issues after the engine had been swapped (1 is for a misfire, never repaired and the second is for the fuel line not being installed properly).
