I had the WORST mechanical experience of my life. I picked up my car and there was a CRACK IN MY WINDSHIELD. The shop refuses to take any accountability for the damage despite it happening on their property within the 2 days that my car was there. They told me I had to take my car off their property because I’m a “liability.” On top of this, I drove my car here in good condition, now I have to get it towed to another mechanic shop because it isn’t even drivable anymore. I wish I never brought my car here to begin with. STAY AWAY ⚠️ Plus, their waiting room is depressing. Response to Comment: This Company has NEVER offered to pay a deductible, they told me I have to pay $250 out of pocket for the deductible. They also have shown me CLEAR footage of my car entering the lot with an intact windshield yet still refuses to fix the damages they caused. I have called the owner Victor/Miguel/Sam whoever you are and still have not received a response but you can reply to my google review!? This shop is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & Inconsiderate.

I recently visited the shop, it was a great experience. Sabeeh is a wonderful person and a competent mechanic. Their prices are very reasonable and I am satisfied with their work done. The electrical issues were fixed efficiently and the mechanical work was excellent.

The service at this facility seems to be a straight forward and pretty good. I went today for a quote on something’s and he even showed me exactly what all needs replacing. I will be getting service here next week and so far my experience has been great. He moves very quickly and handles clients well, I would recommend coming here for automotive needs.

This is one of the best mechanic shops in Chicagoland. A different a shop had quoted me 9,000 as soon as I showed them they knocked off 2,000 and got me out the door as fast a possible. The best prices and service I’ve had from any shop.
