My car broke down unexpectedly, and I was fortunate to be close to this shop when it happened. From the start, Michael was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. They provided clear estimates, explained the issues in detail, and gave me honest recommendations without any pressure. I appreciated that they walked me through my options so I could make an informed decision. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Michael even offered to stay back at the shop a little later so I could pick up my car. It is great to find an auto shop that combines technical expertise with honesty and great customer service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care

I went through a horrible experience with my car getting broke into and parts stolen off of it. I am also from out of state, and super stressed about getting back home. Michael made me feel at ease and reassured me the whole way through that they will take care of me. They fixed everything promptly, safelite also went there to repair my window, and I made the 9 hours drive home safely. I can’t thank them enough on helping this farm girl out! Forever grateful! Highly recommend them for your needs. You won’t be disappointed. I will always remember how good they treated me in that terrible time.

I could not recommend Bruiser’s Auto Care enough! Michael was excellent and communicated quite effectively about all the services. I came in to check if my car had an issue, and they were amazing. My little one accompanied me, and she was content in this shop which is saying quite a bit for a toddler. Don’t worry about parking as you can drive through the garage and offload your vehicle for service. Furthermore, their office was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically appealing. The professionalism that Michael and just the standard that shop exuded overall is what you would want to find in any establishment. You can feel confident allowing them to service your car. As a woman, but just in general, I could not recommend this place anymore. Forget chain dealers, this place is it! Truly grateful I found it, and commend them on their ease of scheduling, standard, communication, and just overall service. Thank you Bruisers, for as Michael says ‘making something that can be challenging and overwhelming,’ seamless and disarming. Blessings!

Took my car over on a Thursday evening without calling or making an appointment. Michael was there and helped me. I had a starter button issue and also needed a new battery. I was told they could do the diagnostic on Friday but they were booked for service appointments that day. To my great surprise, they had me picking up the repaired car Friday evening. Michael even stayed open a little late to accommodate me coming from my hospital job. They use a great online app for communication in real time. I will definitely use them again and wouldn’t think twice about doing a personal recommendation to a friend.

I took my car into Bruiser's Auto Care to have the fluids checked. The car only had 13k miles on it and it is a 2023 model. Late last year, the dealer told me that, although it has low miles for a '23, the fluids can degrade over time and get lumpy, causing damage to the engine. They would have gladly changed my fluids for a cool $1200.00. Wanting to have this double checked, I went to Bruiser's to have the car evaluated. Michael was the one who helped me. Very personable and helpful. He let me know after doing an inspection that I can easily go another 10-15k miles before having the fluids changed. This was a case where the dealer was trying to squeeze money out of me by offering un-needed and over-priced service. Michael was up front and said the inspection would be $170.00 which was completely worth it for me. Top notch experience my first time in. Will definately be back for all of my auto servicing needs.
