Brighton Auto absolutely saved me after I accidentally put about 1.2 gallons of regular gasoline into my Mercedes Sprinter diesel. Anyone who knows cars understands that misfueling a vehicle is no small issue. Having to drain the tank, flush the fuel system, and get everything reinstalled correctly isn’t a simple job, and they handled it professionally from start to finish. Even more impressive, they took care of me the very same day, despite it being after hours. They could have easily told me to come back the next day, but instead they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. If you own a Mercedes, Sprinter, or really any vehicle, you can trust these guys. They know what they’re doing, they’re honest, and they genuinely care about helping their customers. My problem was in the gasoline vapor system of a Smart Car. Parts were scarce. Brighton figured out the problem, found a good solution, and charged a reasonable price. Throughout, they communicated well. I’m very satisfied.
View on GoogleI have a 2016 Smart Fortwo that I've always serviced at Mercedes-Benz. However, I was tired of getting price gauged for basic maintenance and mediocre work. I called about 3 other shops throughout out the city but they couldn't service it. Citing, lack of parts and experience. Luckily, this shop does have the experience to work on it. I towed in a completely dead car that also had a cracked fuel evap canister hanging from underneath. The service engine light was also on prior to dying. However, they were able to replace the battery, evap canister and purge valve. I've driven the car for over 100 miles with no issues and I passed the emissions test. I couldn't have asked for better service and the pricing was just right.
