Disclaimer, I did not have service here but attempted to. Brought my car in for transmission issues. Called and was advised to drop it off. Customer service is cold, borderline rude. My car sat there all day, the following day I called for an update and was told it’s my transfer case. I already knew my car had not been touched. Same place I parked it, wheels turned to the same angle. I also get a notification when the Ignition is started. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty. Beware.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They completely dismissed the clear error codes related to sensors and made no effort to investigate a possible connection to the recent service. It felt like a cover-up, not a repair. I wouldn’t trust this place with a bicycle, let alone a car.

Got a quote for 1,500 . I paid 150 for an estimate. I came back with the remainder funds to fix my truck and the owner bumped the price up 1,000 with his own estimate he signed off on originally . Don’t bring your vehicle here . He’s not an honest mechanic and doesn’t need to continue business. Also the problem that he diagnose Wasn’t even a problem wrong with my car. So if I would’ve got my car repaired right then and there it wouldn’t have been fixed from what he said was wrong with the car

Rich the owner runs a very good shop. Reasonable costs and within stated timeframe every time i dropped a car off for work. Also, honest and generally pleasant and nice people. Surprisingly well organized and complete on paperwork for an independent car mechanic shop. Since first repair here, which was misdiagnosed as something more serious and expensive by a different mechanic, i have taken 2 cars here for various different repairs at different times over a few years, and would go again in future.
