Brian was super helpful! I needed a mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. He quickly took my call and met me at the dealership. I was curious about what he was looking for and he talked me through it.

Was stranded in Chicago and he was able to help me out even though he was booked up via text. Told him my issue gave me a few ideas and went from there. Didn't have any tools so was able to swap my fuel filter on a C5500 6.6 duramax and get back on the road. Will definitely save his number if im ever in the area again he will be my first call. Thank you kind sir.

I’m sorry to say I was quite frustrated with this individual. And honestly, I can’t comprehend how this experience could end up taking a wrong turn. Left my car with him and called to discuss various issues that needed to be addressed. I did tell him to take his time and he promised to keep me posted. However over the course of 5 to 6 days he failed to converse and leave any messages to touch base with me pertaining to the progress of his service. I trust he is an exceptional mechanic as all of his reviews have revealed, but this young man needs a serious lesson in customer communication and relations. After four days of zero contact I met him in his garage under the hood of my vehicle following a 4.5 mile bicycle ride. I informed him of the multiple messages I had been leaving him and his response was a faulty cell phone and he had never received them. I tried explaining to him how I needed the vehicle for a wedding the next day and was assured he’d have it ready. After another day — ( a Sat. ) — of no message, another day left hanging, he pulls up to our place 10 min. before my replacement ride —( to the wedding ) — would be arriving and requests an additional $200 for additional work we had not discussed, and I was not aware of, therefore of course, never approved. He then refused to accept a check or credit card for payment — again, at no point did he reveal he only accepts cash. He took my keys back and returned home with my automobile. So now I was stuck escorting the wife to church on Sun. and to work on Mon. via public transit a sixth and seventh day in a row until l would be able to gather cash. Yes, he graciously will drive to your house to assess your issue(s), but why have none of the previous reviewers mentioned his $150 fee for an initial diagnosis. I honestly had little problem with that request as we did discuss and agree to address my repair issues initially. But leaving the customer hanging without any verbal contact throughout this ordeal was horrifically incompetent! Upon satisfying payment and receipt of my vehicle I discovered one minor task — ( that was discussed in our initial conversation and diagnosis and was confirmed would be taken care of ) — was not completed and of course I inquired as to why. His answer? — ‘ I didn’t have time’ —?? Yes, Brian appears to be a well skilled and competent mechanic, but a course in human relations and customer communications here is highly advisable.

Incredible service and timely! Helped with diagnostics and performed the necessary labor, even guided me to a place to get new parts for cheaper than autozone. Highly recommend!

We are from out of town and l am so glad Brian was available to come out for the repair on Saturday night so we can leave in the morning. Just a pleasant experience all around.
