Another shop I went to for this fix was charging $1500. The owner was being so stubborn I went to brakes for less they got the job done for seven $800 and we're so genuine about it. Anyone with an older Mercedes older German cars who don't want to pay unnecessary suburban, taxes, and prices for dealership parts but still get outstanding service. I would recommend brakes for less. They are straightforward and charge what the fix is worth
View on GoogleAlvaro and his team , really take care of customer . I stopped in for an oil change and thought I needed it all around brakes done. I had them do a double check for me and said I only needed my rear brakes done. I’m not too familiar with cars, but they could’ve said yeah you’re gonna need front brakes too like a typical big shop just to get your money, but they were upfront and honest and said I only need rear pads. Glad to know they’re not money hungry just honest hard-working people. It’s spaced my mind that the seller got the brakes the front ones done before me buying the Vehicle , so when I did a double check and he said, yeah you only need the rears and then the owner Telling me that beforehand felt good to know that I can trust them, Definitely coming back For more future work .
View on GoogleThis mechanic shop literally saved my Christmas. I was leaving town to go home for the holidays and my alternator went out before I left the city. This had happened to me before, so I went to the nearest autozone and rush ordered a part. Brakes 4 Less was not only willing to see my car on absolutely no notice, they worked with me and the Autozone to have the part delivered and get my alternator in within three hours of the car breaking down. Awesome guys, great price, cannot thank them enough.
View on GoogleI had an incredibly disappointing experience. They took my money without completing the job, which is truly unacceptable. Initially, they promised to use brand new parts, but I discovered they installed second hand parts instead. This feels like nothing short of fraud. It’s frustrating to think I trusted them to handle my car, only to be let down in such a significant way. To save yourself from a headache and potential loss of money, I strongly advise against going to this place. There are plenty of honest mechanics out there don’t waste your time or money here.
View on GoogleI brought my car here based on a recommendation. The woman at front desk said they will bring the car in and check out the code from my check engine light. I assumed they would hook up a OBDII-code reader. Nobody has ever charged to find out the code. She NEVER said there was a diagnoses charge. Its not posted anywhere in the lobby. After the guy hooked up his reader and diagnosed the problem he quoted me a price to replace an O2 sensor. I didn’t want to do it at that time. He said I had to pay $50 for diagnoses fee?!?! No one ever mentioned I would be charged to diagnose the issue. Had they mentioned the fee I would understand but I was not told I would be charged a diagnoses fee of $50. It was very deceptive
