From day one, their team handled everything with true white-glove service. They coordinated directly with State Farm, managed the insurance negotiations, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process…eliminating what is usually a very stressful situation. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional. The repairs were completed flawlessly… you genuinely cannot tell my vehicle was ever involved in an accident. Even more impressive, they returned my car fully cleaned and detailed inside and out, looking showroom-ready with an incredible shine. What really sets Auto Service Experts apart is their commitment to customer care. They even arranged transportation and personally picked me up when my vehicle was ready, which goes far beyond what most auto body shops offer. I always come here whenever I need mechanical work done on any of my vehicles, and they always do an amazing job. 10/10 recommend! Everyone here treats you like family. Miguel, Elvis, and the rest of the team are always helpful, honest, and professional. The owner, Jimmy, is a great guy who treats every customer with respect and makes sure the work is done right. Excellent service at Auto Service Experts. They handled my car with real professionalism and attention to detail. Called and made an appointment for front sway bar link installation arrived on time greeted with a smile dropped car off was called 10 mins later informing me I have the wrong parts I apologized and asked if they can retrieve the parts as suggested on the call ( auto zone or O'Reilly's) then some guy started screaming over us and told me he would charge double for the parts I then ask why he said it didn't matter take it or leave it and im to busy today come back Monday!" I responded with saying "wow" he then yelled im not about to argue with you" ... The nice lady with the colored hair was super sweet as she tried to defuse the screaming guy over the phone as if the guy had picked another line. I then hung up from all the yelling and went and retrieved my vehicle as fast as possible.

THE most transparent auto repair shop I've ever dealt with in my 35+ years of owning cars! Every necessary repair was thoroughly explained, complete with photos; service was unbelievably fast! The owner of the shop was personally super responsive and gave me options that fit my budget! The cost was absolutely reasonable and the customer service cannot be beat! I am completely satisfied with their work and will be recommending this shop to everyone i know. Top notch in every way.
