Mark diagnosed the issue (propeller shaft) and repaired it quickly and professionally. Luis, the owner, and Fidel, who runs the shop, were great throughout the process, communicative, transparent, and helpful. They took photos and videos before doing the work and had everything finished fast. The noise was completely gone when I drove away. Highly recommend.
