I'm glad I'm willing to give a business another chance when I walk away dissatisfied. Swallowed my pride and returned after I got over myself, and not only was treated great, but got a good job done on my car. You get what you pay for, and if you don't want glue and patch for your exhaust they're the ones!
View on GoogleIf you’re wondering if you should get a second opinion, here’s your answer, and it’s absolutely yes. Don’t trust these people. I had a fuse issue that cost about $4 or so for a pack of four, but the female manager there told me they needed $350 (for 3 hours of work when their hourly rate is only $90 or $95). She said that was just to “diagnose” the problem. I had already paid them $150 to install two light bulbs that I actually didn’t need. The mechanics looked at my fuse box at one point, but they didn’t tell me about the fuse. The manager instead, with an attitude, told me I had to give them $350 just to figure it out, and that didn’t include the parts or labor for whatever issue it was. I had headlights that didn’t work. They’re mechanics. They obviously knew or should have known to try replacing the fuses. I bought the fuses and put them in. It was a less than $5 job, including gas to get to Advance Auto Parts. Do not go to these people. Do not trust these people. They operate in bad faith. Get a second opinion. *Also, they commented back, and as you see, no accountability or reflection. Do not trust these people. Get a second opinion. They are operating in bad faith. I fixed what they called an over $350-problem myself for less than $6 with parts I bought myself. Regardless of what they say, this was the outcome.

View on GoogleThis is the second time I’ve given this business a chance. Rip Off!!! The first time I went in and they charged me $95 just to tell me what the issue is. OK I went with that but the price he quoted me was ridiculous. I should’ve known when I walked in and there were two other women having issues. This time I sent my son and my dad in and we thought the car needed a starter. They diagnosed it and said we needed a starter and a battery post. The cost will be $660+. First of all, I know a starter itself does not cost that much. We got the car started and took it elsewhere. The issue was a bad battery post. I paid the $75 and that solved the problem. I am positive this guy knew it was the battery post but lied and told me it was a starter because that is what we mentioned and gave me an outrageous price. I still had to pay him another $95 diagnostic fee. All of this, not knowing my sister had a similar experience. Do not give these people your money until they learn how to be ethical!!
