These guys were all very straightforward and honest doing my wife's transmission. It was a full rebuild/repair for a CVT transmission, although they had some trouble getting the correct model to fit my wife's car, they provided updates when we called all the expected delivery dates. 100% would come back again as we have had zero trouble with the car since picking it up just a few days ago. Much appreciation and shout out to the team who worked tirelessly to solve our problem!

I had brought in my 2016 Chevy Impala here about a month ago it had a transmission issue my car been sitting for almost a year with nowhere to turn to but these folks here at AAMCO did they thing! I highly recommend everyone goes here with their transmissions needs I was on a very tight budget so I needed some help covering some of the cost they have a program that can approve you for a installment loan to cover the cost of repairs it helped me out tremendously when you come here ASK FOR ANGEL I promise he will get your car right, THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN I WILL BE BACK!

I brought my Nissan Versa in because the transmission was skipping and my check engine light was on. The front office guy Tyrone took my car in and had a diag done in less than an hour and gave me all the options. To stay on the cost effective side, at my request, we went with the least expensive solution (trans fluid flush) and worked our way up the cost chain. I ended up needing a new transmission and they purchased me a new one and had it installed and tested in under a day and half. I gave them extra time to let it burn in and test drive. I picked the car up in 2 days. My muffler was rusted out a noisy, so they help me put in a new one and now it‘s so quite, you can’t even tell I’m coming around the corner. I put my car through its paces driving my kids around to their practices and doing a stint on the expressway. No more check engine light, no more skipping, and no more rattling muffler. My car even passed the emission test I had pending. The shop on N. Western Ave. has a great front office lead and mechanic’s that know their stuff, take great care of your vehicle, and put pride into their work. Totally recommend this shop and crew for any of your vehicle needs. Thanks for restoring my car. It’s in good enough shape to hand down to my soon to be HS driver.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING HERE .ANGEL IS RUDE AND DONT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, YOU CANT ASK HIM ANY QUESTIONS WITHOUT HIM GETTING AN ATTITUDE . THEY OVERPRICED AND MONEY HUNGRY ON EVERYTHING . I WAS TOLD $180 FOR MY DIAGNOSTIC BUT WAS CHARGED $394.99 FOR THEM USING THEY TOOLS AND SUPPLIES TO PERFORM THE DIAGNOSTIC. SINCE THEY PRICE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE AND OVERPRICED I DECLINED THE WORK AND GOT HIT WITH THIS EXPENSIVE AND UNNECESSARY BILL . YOU ARE A SHOP FOR CRYING OUT LOUD YOU CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR THE TOOLS AND SUPPLIES AT THE SHOP FOR DIAGNOSTIC. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND HIRE BETTER WORKERS .

The gentlemen that I spoke with at the front desk was very pleasant Mostly. There was a phone conversation between he and I where I felt a bit disrespected, but I’m pretty sure he was having a pretty rough day that day. Other than that he was awesome and because of him I would use their service once again.
