We cannot say enough good things about Al with Wes Services. When our Peterbilt broke down, Al came out for roadside service and was absolutely fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repairs efficiently, and had us back on the road in no time. What impressed us most was how far he went beyond simply fixing the truck. Communicating with the tow truck driver was the only good highlight from our experience. We slid into a small ditch and needed to be pulled out, waited over an hour, and was charged an unbelievable $475... that charge was ridiculous. They were sent a photo of the accident and I still want to know how they came to that price. Other services were charging around $100, but because of the district we were in we could only use that tow service. I will never again want to be serviced by this company and will recommend others to stay away.
View on GoogleMy son was stranded tonight and I was told it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait but the tow truck arrived in less than 1 hour. Excellent and fast service. Driver was super nice and the whole process was stress free. I will definitely choose this company next time I'm in need of a tow truck!
View on GoogleWhile no one ever like dealing with tow trucks and impound yards, my experience was very good dealing with Wes’s Service. I had a car get towed there after an accident. Unlike other impound lots, there office was very clean, organized and the ladies who helped me were very nice and helpful!

Ms. Sherri did an excellent job of making this process easy and was even considerate about the very low temperatures that day. Usually customer service at towing places are terrible, but I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Sherri.
