I had a great experience here. My car broke down on the way to Chicago and I’m so glad I took it to B&B. Brad dropped everything to help me get back on the road. It was ready in like an hour. I’m so grateful.

View on GoogleTHIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Took my Jeep there for check engine light. Stated the problem was misfires and spring coils. They did the repairs and days later the check engine light came back on. Took it back there and they stated there was a defective spring coil and fixed it . A week later the Jeep wouldn’t start. Reached out to them and they stated that would not be due to the work they did. I towed the car there and it sat for days before they analyzed the issue and told me the Starter went out. They repaired that and a week later the car wouldn’t start again. This time it was told to Jeep dealership and they stated the issue is the Starter and Starter connector. I reached out to B&B with this info and they asked why didn’t I tow it back to them (stated didn’t really trust their work). The owner stated he’s been in business a long time and will take care of my issue. Since I already paid them for the Starter I towed it back to them. My Jeep was there for 8 days while they fixed it. They do not it keep you updated on progress, had to continue to call for an update. The owners son had horrible customer service. This place should be out of business. Will never return there.
