If I could not leave a one star I would. Went to get my tire fixed because of a slow leak. Tire center said they were booked. I asked to put air in my tire. They took all day to open the over head door. But once they opened the door there was no car in bay 2. You have one guy putting air in my tire and another one walking around. I ended up having to go to tire barn to get it repaired for $35. I purchased all 4 tires from Sam’s Club. Will not again!
View on GoogleWent in for a battery and was showed the battery I needed. Was given an appointment for 2 days later. Showed up 2 days later at my appointed time and sat in the store to be called when work was done. Hour later no call yet. I go to the counter to find out status only to be told they dont change the battery for my model vehicle. You didnt know this 2 days prior? An hour prior? I'm done with Sam's, wont be renewing membership, bad customer service.
View on GoogleWent in to have my back tire changed, instead of listening to what I wanted they changed my front two tires.they now refused to give me back my old tires or give me a discount, or some type of credit. The very slow looking supervisor stood there,and said oops I don't know what happened.

And they're booked for the next two weeks.Terrible customer service I'm supposed to have a flat for two weeks? What about the warranty I got? Worthless... because now I need to go to a tire shop and pay out of pocket
View on GoogleDo not recommend!!! I drove up there to get my tire looked at. I acquired about the service time and was told that he couldn't give me an accurate time. The worker told me to wait by garage 4. I waited 30 minutes!!! After 30 minutes I blew my horn and another worker came out. I asked about the wait time and i was told that I was suppose to go to the service desk. I asked "why didnt the guy tell me that" and he said that "he didnt know". I go to the service desk, I spoke with the manager and the manager offered to look at my car (which he did). The manager was kind and so was the worker that told me to go to the service desk. Nobody should have to waste time and go through a manager just for someone to look at a tire. Ridiculous!!!!!
