Had my windshield wipers changed here had an appointment it took an hour and half. Used the wipers on 12/2/25 they were noisy and did not clean the glass. Reached out to the current parts manager. He responded promptly and ask how to rectify ask for a technician to be sent out to fix. Manager never responded called January 21 the manager was deflective. Scheduled an appointment for oil change at a different location manager was there he was very adamant that there was nothing wrong with the windshield wipers. I've attached videos of me driving and the wipers not working properly in my correspondence with management. His solution was to make a video of the windshield wipers and recommended that I adjust as needed. The experience I had with this manger was very unpleasant and frustrating.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I drove 40 minutes to this Lincoln dealership for service. Before making the trip, I called ahead and specifically asked if a loaner car would be available. I was clearly told **yes**, so I scheduled my visit and made the long drive based on that promise. When I arrived, they gave me a loaner vehicle and I left the dealership. Shortly after leaving, they suddenly called me and told me I had to bring the loaner back. No proper explanation. No apology. Nothing. This is completely unacceptable. If a loaner wasn’t available, they should have told me **before I drove 40 minutes**. Even worse, they gave me the car and then took it back after I had already left. That shows a complete lack of organization, professionalism, and respect for customers’ time. Wasting customers’ time and failing to honor what was promised is terrible customer service. I expected much better from a Lincoln dealership, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
