This tire shop is the best! Ran by the sweetest, most honest family! I called and said i was worried about my vehicle and they got me fixed up as quickly as they could, despite being swamped, and at an amazing price! 😉 I’m a repeat customer cuz i can trust this business and the people who run it so well! I went to Pete‘s service center to have my daughter‘s car repaired. She had a faulty ignition switch and brakes. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I trust them 100% to get the job done. Great customer service and Mechanics that know exactly what they are doing. This is the only auto repair shop that we would go to and trust with my family’s cars. they never disappoint. I would highly recommend Pete’s Service Center to everyone. I would highly recommend Pete’s Service Center. Ted and his team are honest, professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never try to upsell or charge you for repairs you don’t actually need. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable, and the quality of service is outstanding. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust, and Pete’s Service Center definitely earns that trust.

I have been a longtime customer of Pete’s auto repair and when we moved from Bridgeview to Orland Park I still kept going to Pete’s for all of automotive needs. Last year when I needed to replace the transmission on my minivan I did shop around prices and still Pete’s had the best quote with the least amount of time of having to leave it there. They even most recently helped us when we needed someone to look at a used car we were buying for my daughter to have at college. They went over everything to make sure we were buying a safe vehicle as it was an older car. My daughter now has a safe vehicle at college and that’s thanks to Petes and Mario who personally went through everything to ensure the car was safe. We will always entrust our cars to Pete not only because of the great service and the pricing but because of the people who work there that genuinely go out of their way to accommodate you.

Responding to owner: I’m not sure why you would immediately call my experience “lies.” I have no reason to fabricate something like this, and I took the time to write a detailed review because this situation genuinely happened and left a lasting impression on me. To clarify, the reason I updated my review much later is because I continued diagnosing and repairing the vehicle over time. Not everyone has the ability to immediately fix everything at once. Your shop told me the idle issue was likely the MAF sensor, which turned out to be incorrect. I later found the real issue was the fuel pressure regulator, which resolved the idle completely. I also discovered the speedometer cable was unplugged, something that should have been identified during diagnosis. Regarding the cluster hood, I understand you believe it was already cracked, but I know the condition my vehicle was in when I brought it. The footage shown to me did not clearly establish the condition prior to service in a way that resolved the concern from my perspective. I also recall the vehicle being moved and test driven before the footage was presented, which added to my uncertainty at the time. The resolution offered was waiving the diagnostic fee. While I accepted that at the time to move forward, it did not address the incorrect diagnosis or my concerns about the physical condition of the vehicle afterward. I am not posting this to argue publicly, but to share my honest experience. I would be open to discussing this privately if you are willing. You should still have my contact information on file.
