Although I appreciate my car getting serviced and passing emissions, it seems like it was used for other errands. Through multiple modes of tracking in my car I saw that it made a stop at what appears to be a shop at 63rd and Wentworth at 1:01 pm today, and then a stop at Walgreens by 87th and Kedzie at 1:33 pm today. I understand the shop can get busy but communication this year was off. I can see all kinds of updates on my car through my phone. For every update, I had to call and ask for the status of my car usually about 30 minutes to an hour after I had an update of my car turning off (according to my live tracking notifications). My car was also not always locked while not in use which I had to lock myself through my phone. I'd hate for my dodge charger to be stolen so easily because the car was left unlocked. Then I sent my wife to get my car while I was working, and she sent me a picture of my keys on the counter completely unattended and she waited about 5 minutes before someone showed up. I checked my car when I got home around 7pm today and saw that my phone mount was completely damaged and unable to be used anymore. Where it was positioned on the dash it really shouldn't have been touched. My dash cam was also disconnected the entire time. I'm not going to argue the 360 I paid for inspection and "labor" and whatever else was done to the car even though it did not need any repairs, but let's at least try to make sure the car is locked when not in use, let's try not running personal errands if you're already short staffed, and maybe hire someone to help Bernice to keep people properly notified because I'm sure shes very busy. Don't get me wrong, I like these people and last year everything was great. I'd hate for service quality to decline and I'd like to continue to be a returning customer in the future.

Thankfully I had a warranty with the vehicle I purchased from a shady dealer and has needed multiple repairs when I have only had the SUV for less than 6 months. I personally trust these guys with all of my family vehicles. Nowadays there's just too many greedy technicians that you have to watch out for but I have a 110% confidence in the techs here to get the job done right and safely so I don't have to worry about being on the road with something going wrong with a repair that went to crap. So if you're looking for a reliable tech who will get the job done right then you have found the place to go to. Thank you again for taking care of my vehicles and my family's safety. Pete was very friendly and helped explain the entire process to me. Sent me pictures and updates throughout the repair, While it was at the shop I asked if they could fix my spongy brakes issue and I couldn’t be happier when I got my truck back. No codes and great working brakes. The mechanics and Pete are very knowledgeable and this place does not cut corners with repairs. GREAT experience overall and HIGHLY recommend you check this place out first to save yourself time.
