Excellent help getting my car started on extremely cold morning after the big snowstorm. Sent via AAA, and Deron was super prompt and courteous, and had me good to go in just a few minutes. It made such a huge difference to me and I appreciate the great service. Thanks!
View on GoogleThank you to Earl this morning. My car wouldn't start. He checked the battery which was completely dead. It was very cold and the wind was blowing. He charged and check my battery which had 1 bad cell. He replaced my battery and I was able to get to work this morning. Thank you, Earl! 😎
View on GoogleThe dispatcher reported me for "fraud" to AAA after he harassed me, telling me to "go complain to AAA like everyone else".. he then got my AAA account red flagged as me being "abusive to the driver"... Too bad the cameras, with sound, pointed out his nonsense, AAA IMMEDIATELY unflagged my account, as it never happened, proof provided. Awful place, awful service, lying cheats, nothing more.
View on GoogleBattery dead upon attempt to use our car during regular weekday. Called AAA, which sent out Excell Road Service. Technician was great but final receipt did not show credit ($15-$20) for old battery core, which all previous battery providers did. Called provider to ask, was told the core credit was already in $245 battery cost shown. On calling AAA for assistance with this, basically told to get lost. Our complaint is that while we were given choices to take our then running car to another place for a new battery, we did not know when choosing provider's AAA battery that we would not see the core credit as part of the final transaction. This would have influenced our decision whether to choose provider's battery over a different source. This feels like a gotcha--taking advantage of a consumer in need at the time of a somewhat urgent transaction. We will definitely not use AAA for battery service in the future because of this treatment and practice by its subcontractor.
View on GoogleMichael responded to a AAA report I made for a dead battery. He called right away to notify me he was on the way, and was quick to arrive. He ran a test on the battery which he showed to me and explained, and offered to replace my battery on the spot with my AAA discount. He emailed my receipt and discussed the warranty with me. He was professional, polite, and stood up to the extreme weather, which was close to 100 degrees that day!
