I had the car towed to Apex Motorsports, and James told me it might be a week before they could look at it. To my surprise, the very next day James called me and explained that he found a loose connection to the battery and that my battery itself wasn’t holding a charge properly. Instead of upselling or creating unnecessary costs, he was completely honest, and the charges were minimal. After speaking further with James and Doug, I mentioned a small door ding and asked if they had a paintless dent repair solution. Within just a few hours, Doug had his PDR guy out to the shop, and the ding was repaired flawlessly the same day. The honesty, professionalism, and quick turnaround from James and Doug are unmatched. In an industry where exotic car owners often fear being taken advantage of, Apex Motorsports proved to be trustworthy and highly skilled.
