Couldn't have been more pleased with the service and friendliness of this place. From the minute I arrived, the front desk (Ryland) was welcoming, and owner Brian chatted and was super friendly. Additionally, I found the oil change price really couldn't be beat even though Brian admitted he was recently forced to increase his oil change price! I added a tire rotation which they packaged together for more savings. Finally, as part of the oil change, they noticed my transmission cap had popped off and trans fluid had splashed out onto the engine. They recommended a Trans flush due to this which I thought worthwhile and went for it! All this happened as I waited, and they beat every time estimate they provided. I firmly recommend this friendly shop with spacious waiting room, TV, and fresh coffee! Thanks for the positive experience all round Brian, I'll be back!!

Instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services, they took the time to explain that my next major maintenance likely wouldn’t be needed for another 15,000 miles. That level of transparency is so refreshing and builds real trust. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, without feeling rushed or careless. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not easy to find a reliable auto shop, but I’m confident I’ve found mine. I’ll be bringing both of my vehicles here for all regular maintenance and any future repairs.
View on GoogleI called on Friday afternoon. Brian talked with me. He said to bring the car in on Monday morning. I was unable to drive the car on Monday as my battery also went out, so I had it towed in. Brian treated me very well and even drove me to work. He got my car done by Tuesday and even waited a few extra minutes for me to get there to pick it up because I was taking a cab and was unsure of how long that would take. Overall, the service was fantastic. Friendly, professional and caring. I will definitely go back. I really appreciated what everyone there did for me to get my car working again. Thank you very much!

Ryan, the technician who worked on my vehicle, did a very thorough inspection and only recommended services that I already expected would come up. No surprises, no pressure — from the start, the owner was transparent and explained everything clearly, which is really all you can ask for when trusting someone with your car and not trying to scare you into doing something that doesn't need to be done. The dealership does this all the time, and the prices here are great compared to what the dealership quoted me. They also got me in and out quickly for an oil change and tire rotation, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future maintenance. It’s such a relief to have found a shop I feel comfortable with again.
