I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Tire Zone. They restored the headlights on my Prius, and the difference is incredible — they look crystal clear, like brand new. The attention to detail and quality of service really stood out. Special thanks to Ayham for his professionalism and excellent work. I was recommended this place for its speedy service and affordable pricing - it was both! Service: I drove right up without an appointment. No one was currently being serviced - lucky me. As if it would have mattered. They are so FAST. I had my spare on and needed the nail in my tire repaired. They immediately asked me to pop the trunk. Inspected the tire. Said they could fix. One man hauls the tire away. Another starts jacking up the car. The whole entire process took less than 10 minutes, from removing the donut, putting it away in the trunk, then attaching the repaired tire. You can pay via card or cash. Atmosphere: Small shop. They can service two cars at a time in the shop. Tons of tires on racks that are labeled. Has a handy crew ready for anything. There's a slight language barrier, but they knew enough English that it was a very smooth process overall. They are calm, knowledgeable, skilled, and quick. The repair only costed me $27.
View on GoogleThis is a decent shop. I always come here. They are the cheapest shop around with the longest hours open. So yes, they are busy and yes some employees do not speak good English. Be patient and understanding. They do good work and I never have any issues. Ignore the bad reviews. 👍
View on GoogleMy first and last visit for the store, long time waiting and his prices not clear specially when you found your card charged at least $10 extra because you didn’t pay cash 💰, just be honest with your customers, greedy, not recommended at all 👎.
View on GoogleI'm a heavy equipment mechanic and I have been spinning wrenches for over 40 years. After completely rebuilding the front end of my Ford F150. I took the truck to this place for a front end alignment. Several hours later Mohammed called to say the upper control arms needed to be replaced because I installed the wrong ones. They matched the ones I took off. I took the truck to JV Automotive that shop had no problem aligning the front end of my truck and even charged me less than quoted. If you want to get ripped off go to this shop, if you want the job done right I highly recommend JV Automotive in Brookfield.
