Completely unethical and deceptive — my name was added to a car loan without my knowledge or consent. I normally never write reviews, but what happened at Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview was shocking and unacceptable. A manager from the dealership came to our home with paperwork and pressured my husband and me to sign “quickly” so we could secure a special interest rate. He never explained that I was being added as a signer or co-signer on the loan. He never gave us paperwork to review. He did not provide copies after signing. I was led to believe I was signing simple documents — not a legally binding loan. I only found out my name was on the loan when the bank called me days later. After asking for copies of the paperwork, we discovered: The dealership added extra charges we never agreed to. They did not apply the tax credit for the vehicle being traded. They did not transfer the warranty we already paid for. The interest rate promised (below 6%) was actually 8.79%. Most importantly, I never agreed to be added to the financing, yet they still used my name. When my husband went to the dealership to ask for answers, they yelled at him, insulted him, and even called the police instead of providing the paperwork. This dealership engages in high-pressure tactics, misrepresentation, and unethical behavior, especially toward customers who trust them. I advise anyone reading this: Protect yourself, ask for everything in writing, and avoid signing anything without full documentation. Our experience has been extremely stressful and unacceptable.

Be very careful scammers Mustafa rush rush Keep calling me so annoying. He wants me to buy the car from him and then he came to the house bring his wife so we can sign. I don’t understand why he bring his wife without me inviting after we sign we find out there is $15,000 more extra on the loan adding stuff without me knowing I called Steve Rush rush, which is he rushing people he did not answer I went to the dealer to find out what’s going on I get in to a fight with his manager he call the police don’t buy from this dealer go to a professional people. This is a scam.

Needed an alternator for my 2020 traverse. I didn't get his name but the gentleman that helped me in the parts department was great. He even took the time to put in my GM rewards to cover the cost of the part. Quick and painless process.

Inconsistent communication between salespeople. Unwilling to negotiate prices on used cars, despite our excellent credit. Lengthy process with numerous, unnecessary "back and forth" amongst salespeople. Left Day 1 with no effort on their part to compromise price; salesperson called Day 2 and offered a great deal just to get us back into the store, but then once we returned (30 minute drive) reneged on the price. Complete waste of 2 afternoons. Do not waste your time on this dealership. Would leave zero stars, if possible.

Five hours in for a tire rotation, alignment, and oil change I had to ask them what was taking so long. Said there was a problem with alignment machine or something it would be another hour. I ended up getting my truck then and there without alignment majority of the reason I came in. It would have been beneficial to be notified of issue before waiting so long without completion.
