I took my 2013 VW Touareg TDI in for a massive coolant and oil consumption issue. I cover around 160mi daily with this vehicle and could not sacrifice a day of downtime The onsite Master Tech Ivan and his Team were very receptive and welcoming, by dug right into the concern and finding the root cause With a supportive access to dealer and part supplier network, the Team communicated my options for part replacement (OEM vs Suitable Aftermarket) and with full transparency to pricing with their guidance, I went with the best and they were very quick to acquire and replace the defective parts and gaskets with OEM parts Turnaround time was even quicker than expected. Overall, I can confidently say that Premier Auto Team upholds a high standard of quality and reliable workmanship, exceptional customer care and makes sure you are ready for the next 100,000mi Ps. Ive covered about 40,000mi following this repair and have confidence in and satisfaction with the quality, workmanship and overall pleasant experience in the repair. Will be in again to get a Winter Service check and Winter Tire Installation. Fantastic work, Premier Auto Team!!!
