I delivered a Mini Countryman from Pennsylvania, and the employee at this location acted completely unprofessionally and aggressively. There was no information in the driver instructions about needing to notify them one hour in advance, yet I was blamed for their own lack of communication. When I pointed this out and mentioned that I needed to leave for another scheduled pickup, the employee’s behavior escalated and became openly hostile. If this is how they treat drivers and partners, it raises serious concerns about how they treat their customers. This place left me with a strongly negative impression, and I would not recommend working with them.

They do excellent work, and so quickly! Margie is very sweet and knowledgeable. I've brought my car there 3 times, 2 for major body repairs, and one minor. Each time, I got my car back quicker than estimated, and looking absolutely new. They even washed it for me at no charge! I'd recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done. Amazing...

“Replaces” parts with used aftermarket parts, then has the balls to charge MSRP price. On top of that, they will hold your car for weeks on end, most staff don’t know a single thing about cars, let alone the auto body. Open alcohol containers can be spotted inside, I will be reporting this business.
