Live two hours away passed by this shop and stopped in to get a muffler delete done, owner was super helpful and caring listened to everything I needed got me in right away with a great price. Exhaust sounds great and professionally welded

STAY AWAY – DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT Update: they said to reach out to them in their response but they never responded to my email. They’re as dishonest as they get. (Update: The problem was still present after inspections by both the dealer and Firestone. The owner never reached out or responded to my email to resolve this issue, even though they stated they would in response to this review.) I brought my vehicle to this shop to diagnose and repair a coolant leak. Based on their diagnosis, I paid for the repair upfront. At the time of payment, I did not receive a receipt. I repeatedly requested documentation over several months and was given various excuses, including system issues and system changes. The receipt was only provided after multiple follow-ups. After picking up the vehicle, the coolant leak was still present — and it appeared worse than before. When I contacted the shop, I was told it was likely residual coolant. At my first oil change after the repair, I was informed that the coolant level was low again. I immediately contacted the shop and was told to bring the vehicle back in. At that time, I was preparing to travel overseas. I explained that I would not be using the vehicle while I was away and it would be parked, so it wouldn’t matter if I returned later to drop it off. After returning from overseas, I was given an appointment scheduled one month out due to their availability. On the scheduled date, I called to confirm before driving to the shop. I was then told they actually meant the following month on the same date. This unexpected change caused further delay and raised concerns, as the appointment appeared to be pushed back without a clear or consistent explanation. Before dropping the vehicle off again, I had just completed a fresh oil change at the dealership. Upon inspection, this shop claimed the vehicle had no oil in it and suggested it had leaked out. This was extremely concerning because the dealership had just serviced the vehicle, confirmed the oil was present and due for replacement — not empty — and the shop did perform the oil change. Despite this, the shop refused to address the ongoing coolant leak and instead shifted focus to an alleged oil leak. I will take legal action against you, Diaz or Rick, whoever is responsible for this shop.

Save your money and time—this place clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. I honestly feel like they might even be making things worse so you have to come back. Really disappointing experience. They need to be reported to BBB pricing are bad

Took my Honda Pilot for alignment my steering wheel was crooked to the left cause I changed my outer tie Rod when I picked it up my steering wheel was crooked to the right went right back and they tried telling me that I had to pay for the alignment again that they didn't offer warranty on alignments that a new part and a used part will cause alignment to be off. I did alignments for almost ten years never heard or encountered that before, I don't know about other services but they not good with alignments won't be coming here again. Would've been better off aligning it with a string around the tires smh, after rechecking it they trying to say that they got to switch it to another bay to check the suspension cause the alignment was off again, they supposed to check the suspension before doing alignment to my knowledge or at least that's what I used to do before doing a alignment. Responding to your response,we both know that my suspension was tight your technician took it to the other bay shock the wheels and took it down right away I was standing right there if there was something wrong with suspension why wasn’t I called to vehicle to show me, you just trying to find excuses, your technician didn’t calibrate the sensors after he put them on wheels didn’t start car and center steering wheel before making any adjustments, I really think all he knows about alignments is turn a tire rod in other words (set the toe and go)
