Tires R Us

Do not do business here. Last Thursday Oct. 28 we had one tire replaced by them. They tried to sell us on all tires but we declined because we had already ordered our new ones that were arriving by Nov. 1st. By Saturday morning Oct. 29 the tire was flat. I had to inflate to move the car in my driveway. Then again on Sunday Oct. 30th it was flat. Once again I filled it and took my car in to get the new tires and rims that arrived early. At the shop they were able to replace the 3 other tires that Tire R Us didn’t work on. They were not able to take off the tire because the lug nuts had been tighten to much. As they attempted to take them off one lug nut broke. They called and decided not to continue because they could cause further damage. So we took our car back to Tires R Us on Monday Oct. 31st and they did not want to make themselves responsible for what they had cause. They are unskilled at the one job they have. Not only did they sell us a tire that did not hold air but they declined to repair the damage. While there on Monday they broke another lug nut trying to take it off. Then they sent us 12miles away to have the broken lug nuts melted out. That cause damage to the rim itself now and more work as they had to now replace three studs. They told my wife that she did not know anything about tires and that to me seems that they think they can just take advantage of women. But what I know is that how come the only tire that had that problem was the one they did work on. None of my other tires gave the other ship any trouble taking them off. They have zero accountability and respect. There is a lot more that happened but I rather leave it out and just leave my thoughts on there character of zero sense of responsibility.

This place is a complete joke. Your a complete joke if you spend any money here. The workers are lazy slobs. Incompetent at best, and will put faulty equipment on your vehicle. Get this they have a 30 day warranty on electronics. Please make sure your paying attention to everything when your a consumer these days.

Tires R’ Us definitely got me right needed some shoes for the whip. In and out like the burger! 10/10 would recommend!

I had quite a bit of work done here but I messed up by deciding to let their technician but in a Bluetooth radio in my car. It works very well, but a year later last week, a McDonald’s ice cream cone wrapper fell and this entire part came down. The wire that he put in can be seen and I am HIGHLY UPSET! The tint guy was amazing! HORRIBLE TECHNICIAN $2000 worth of work in one day and MOE says he can’t do anything about it! Save your money!

i had an appointment through smartlock, the man sitting eating behind the desk was very rude, slobby and truly unprofessional, as soon as i said i have an appointment he said i don't have anything set up for today for calibrations, i got a removal for today that's it, you want a calibration done its 90 bucks those were his words, like am that dumb to pay that fee, normally you pay 35 dollars, very low standards i wonder how many people did you hustle over for this price, bad business is no business, don't go here find a better spot, and a piece of advice, the face you show is the face of your business and it looks really sloppy clean yourself up.
