03/19/26 - Up until this point I haven’t had a good experience with getting in contact with someone by calling and no great experience with customer service. I agree with the comments of this establishment that it feels like you’re a nuisance. So far I’ve left a voicemail regarding my request and I’ll update if anything happens further. So far no call back.

View on GoogleThis is probably the most inconvenient place to get used auto parts, but sometimes there the only option, so when you do come here be prepared to call 4 numbers and be on hold 3 separate occasions just to pay, not to mention the line you will have to wait in between that all, and if you dealt with this place before and have an account check your tax, they some how do not have my account info and charged tax out of no where on an engine, although I been coming here unfortunately for years. If the engine displays a turbo, you have a 50/50 chance of receiving the engine with the turbo
View on GoogleOrdered a manual AWD transmission for a BMW. Guess what shows up? An FWD automatic transmission for a Hyundai Tuscon. Nobody ever picks up the phone. Terrible customer service I don't understand how they survive.
