View on GoogleThey maybe under new management but Martin the previous manage was not trust worthy and them moving him to another location instead of firing him says a lot about this company.My car was damaged during repaired and Martin assured me they would take care of it and ask that I hold off of doing satisfaction review until he fixed the damage the shop caused. That review was no longer acceptable and he knew. He has dodged doing the repair now for almost 2yrs. First his reason for not fixing immediately was the shop is busy and will fit me in, then he's on vacation, then he won't return my calls then he was moved to another location near Tinley Park, then he said he had to contact the shop that my car was worked on because they did the job and the damage was done there. and then again with the no call back. I then call the shop location my car was worked on and Ryan answered and was unaware of the matter. Martin is a Fraud who while my Toyota Highlander was in for the initial repair that took 2 time to get correct and had to get the insurance company involved he drove and put 76 miles on my car. Hum! My car became their personal use that's how they probably damaged it. Next is to filecomplaints against them with BBB and state atty general.
View on GoogleI had a minor buildup of some substance on my hood after a car wash. The people at the car wash couldn’t get it off. Early the next morning I made an appointment at Crash Champions and the attendant came out and looked at my car and said I can get that off for you. Went away and returned with a rag and wiped the car. It didn’t work. He went away again and retuned with something that took it right off. They wouldn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t even accept a tip. My car was back to looking brand new the service, though minor was excellent and the employees were friendly

He is a keeper you can tell he enjoys his job. He is the reason I will recommend people to this location ONLY Im team DALE all year around.
View on GoogleTook my car in for a repair after progressive recommended them. They had my car for a week with very little communication anytime they said they'd call me they never did and I had to call them to figure out updates. Finally got my car back only to find out it wasn't fixed. The driver side mirror controls don't work. So now I spent all this money rented a car for a week and had to deal with their poor communication only to receive a bad repair. I honestly wouldn't have minded all the bad parts if they had atleast fixed my car. I feel like it was a waste of time.
