I had a great experience at Belle Tire. The team was friendly, professional, and able to fit me in even though it was only a couple of hours before closing. They quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue, and I really appreciated their willingness to help on short notice. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish.

I have long appreciated the free air pump on the backside of the building that’s available 24 hours. (It even works on e-bikes!) And this was my first time I went in to get tires. Easy to shop online for what I needed and get straight upfront pricing. I made an appointment, went in and was taken care of quickly. They soft recommended some other services, but no pressure (and no pun intended). If you’re looking for a straight deal on quality tires, definitely check out this shop.

Speaking with him was a pleasure and he was very concerned about helping me. He has great customer service skills and is a asset to your company.

Called the Bloomingdale location last minute to reserve a pair of tires since I got a flat. Damaris as incredibly polite and was able to save them and had the team install them in less than an hour. The store is very well maintained and has lounge seating and charging ports for phones. Highly recommend this location.
