Had a small block 350 machined here. Was informed to have it bored to the next size. Had them do it and asked to make sure block was cleaned out good as I didn’t have the long brushes to get into every spot properly. Cleaned block down and blew out passages the best of my ability. Assembled engine. Installed in vehicle and it ran great. Put an hour of run time in it and noticed engine oil was extremely contaminated with metal. Removed engine and checked bearings. Found main and connecting rod bearings were trashed. Opened up oil galley plugs found machine debris that must have been lodged in the block that I couldn’t reach. I understand final assembly requires a good clean but I specifically asked the shop to brush it out really good since I paid all this money for a bare block to get machined. Will not recommend this place to any one.

I highly recommend this service provider. We failed the emissions test and they helped us not only do the repairs but certify the car, register it and also take care of some unrelated mechanical issues that had been neglected. Rik could not have been more helpful and thorough in resolving our problems. They even delivered the car to our local address despite bad weather! We will use them again for future repairs.
