Ricky is incredibly professional and transparent—he even sent me video updates of the engine valley while he was diagnosing the issue. When a stubborn oil pressure sensor threw a code right after the initial repair, he stood by his warranty and replaced it immediately without hesitation. I also had him freshen up the spark plugs while the engine was open. Three months later, the van is running beautifully with zero issues.
