My daughter had an accident and we have to bring the car to their shop. When my daughter drove the car. It didn’t sound right she came back. It was a mechanical issue. They didn’t check before give the car away. They put my daughter‘s life in danger. I will never ever come back to their place!
View on GoogleI was involved in an car accident. I took my car straight from the accident to my home to Ron’s body shop, which is literally less than a mile from my home. I did not check the car because I’m not a mechanic. I took it to them because they are State Farm preferred vendor. It seemed to me that the car was returned to me two days after they had started working on it. I took it home, literally within half a mile I noticed a clunking noise in my car was shaking as I was going through any little pothole or small speed bumps, I immediately took it back the next day since that day it was already closed when I picked it up. It was five minutes before the closing time when I came back the next day the owner and his employee talked down to me never acknowledged that they did not drive the car after “ fixing it” instead he decided to engage in demeaning, disrespecting, and talking down to me in a very rude manner. I would never recommend them to anyone for any work. Ron thinks he’s above anyone, especially woman and minorities.

As soon as my car was towed to their shop, someone contacted me about my car and explained the process. I received updates via text messages. My car was ready within two weeks! It looks amazing. So happy with the repair. Thank you for taking care of my car!
