Been a mission getting back on the road after purchasing a used car from here fell in love with the body nd felt good when i drove it but damn it needed hella love spent like 3k+ in repairs after dropping 4k down payment n taking it home do ur research before car shopping bc they have some nice crs nd I see I wasn’t the only one stuck with a project to work on & I know ima drop more bc the catalytic converter went bad now and its showing ABS light & I just know the starter is gonna be next its showing no data recieved from power steering c module. &thanks for the tires after I complained about noticing it wasn’t worth what it was sold to me but ima schedule service bc no way I gotta pay more anyway here it go named it sleeper since it barely been driven this week and i purchased it February ! im stubborn bc i still love it tho 🦈

I will give them 2 stars for their customer service, Alex was our salesperson and he was nice. Go with mechanic for your own good. The car is in my husband's name, wouldn't want to put his name on google. We went there on the 1/14 2020 and purchased a 2020 benz gla 250, drove it for full month then suddenly stopped in the middle of the road, couldn't change gears. We toured it to a Benz company for a diagnosis and have it fixed. They told us that the car needs a new transmission and everything will cost $11000, they even told us that its not something that would just happen in 2 months, the previous owner possibly knew and sold the car becauseofthat same issue. The dealership never said anything about it. We are now paying for a heap of car parked outside. They should have a proper service for their cars before selling them out to customers. That not good. Sad The car is a benz 2020 not 2025, it was a typo error. Check your records for that day's purchases buyer's name: E . M are his initials.

If you want to know why used car salesmen have such sleezy reputations, visit this dealership!! I was looking for a specific car and the only way I could purchase one was to buy one without seeing it in person and have it shipped to me. Jack told me over the phone that this car is like brand new. I trusted him. It turns out the car is covered in scuffs and marks. I can deal with that, I’m a practical person and they don’t affect the functionality. What did bother me was that both taillights were cracked and had moisture inside. I sent multiple texts and emails and he totally ghosted me. Don’t buy here, trust the reviews!

I visited iDrive Motors Chicago after calling ahead on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment to view a 2024 Honda CR-V EX-L that I was interested in purchasing. Upon arrival, I met with a salesperson and informed him about my scheduled appointment and interest in the vehicle. What immediately stood out was that I was never offered the opportunity to inspect the vehicle thoroughly or take it for a test drive. Instead, the salesperson quickly presented a sales contract and brought in a finance manager before I had the chance to fully evaluate the vehicle. The vehicle was listed at a price that I felt was significantly high considering it had approximately 111,900 miles. The dealership offered a $1,500 discount, but even with that reduction, I did not believe the price accurately reflected the vehicle's mileage and market value. When I presented a reasonable purchase offer based on my research, the finance manager effectively ended the negotiation by escorting me to the door and showing me out rather than engaging in further discussion. I later called and spoke with a manager to share my concerns about the experience. During that conversation, I was told that regardless of how long the vehicle had been on the lot—even if it remained there for more than 90 days—the dealership was willing to wait until someone paid their asking price. The conversation gave the impression that my position as a serious buyer, including having $5,000 available for a down payment and securing my own financing, was not valued. Every dealership has the right to price vehicles as they see fit, but customers also deserve professionalism, transparency, and the opportunity to test drive and evaluate a vehicle before being pressured into discussing contracts and financing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at iDrive Motors Chicago. Based on my experience, I would encourage potential buyers to do their research, compare pricing with similar vehicles, and ensure they are given the opportunity to fully inspect and test drive any vehicle before entering into purchase discussions. ………….. It was disappointing to hear that I was not viewed as a serious buyer, particularly after being directed into price negotiations before being given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle I had called about two days earlier to view and evaluate. In my experience, a test drive is a fundamental part of the vehicle purchasing process, as it allows a customer to assess the product before discussing financial terms. I have never encountered a situation where the level of customer service provided appeared to be determined by a customer's willingness to negotiate price before experiencing the vehicle itself. While I understand that every dealership has its own sales process, this was unfortunately a very poor experience. My hope is that future customers are given the opportunity to thoroughly test and evaluate a vehicle before being asked to engage in pricing discussions. Transparency and allowing customers to experience the product firsthand are important components of building trust and confidence in the purchasing process and asking price.
