This place, and the people here, are absolutely amazing! Such great customer service, never give you the run-around, and always fair prices. I dropped my car off this morning and told them how worried I was about having my car because I need it to drive my kids to school, and they were so prompt with the repair!! I cannot recommend them more!!
View on GoogleBrian at Deece Automotive in Berwyn is one of the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. Twice I’ve brought vehicles in thinking I was facing major repairs, and both times Brian found the actual problem and saved me a lot of money. Most recently, I thought my Ram needed an expensive power steering repair, but it turned out to be a ground wire. He fixed the real issue instead of selling me parts I didn’t need. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Brian has earned my business for life. If you’re looking for an honest shop that diagnoses problems correctly and treats people fairly, I highly recommend Deece Automotive.
