Nobody ever plans for a flat tire, and finding one right when you least expect it is usually a recipe for stress. I went to Cassidy Tire in Berwyn only 30 minutes before they were set to close. Honestly, I wouldn’t have been surprised if they turned me down, but they didn’t hesitate to help. They fixed my tire quickly and with a level of genuine care that is a total rarity these days. Incredible customer service! They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer.

Came in for an emergency flat tire repair. My car has been giving me constant issues and I expressed to the kind men at the counter how I did not want to keep throwing away too much money on it due to the fact that I was not going to keep it much longer. They really worked with me and helped me through the process and I’m grateful that they were able to help me at least get the donut spare on my car to drive it home! I am very appreciative and happy that they were willing to work with me! Thank you!

The staff at Cassidy Tire and Service have been very accomodating when servicing my vehicle each time I have made an appointment for service. I wish every business was run as good and honest as this location because the services offered are truthful and proper. So many businesses treat their customers like a money pit which is unfortunate and it's refreshing that there are places that don't do that and care about keeping you as a customer and not just milking you as fast as they can. I rarely make any reviews so when I do them, it's because of very good service or very bad service!

The guys at Cassidy Tire in Berwyn helped me to get out of jam once again. This time Steve coordinated getting my dead battery charged enough to get my Mini into the shop near closing time. The team checked things out, sent me a report with images of other needed work, replaced my battery and did some necessary programming. And thankfully, I had a functioning car for an appointment the next morning. They were kind and helpful throughout. I highly recommend them.
