Caliber Collision

I had my Bronco repaired at this body shop after a rear end accident. Customer service was great until there was an issue with the work that had been done. The bolts that mounted the tailgate had to be torqued to spec. When torqued, the paint was stripped off of the bolt head and they immediately started to rust. I contacted the body shop about the issue and they said they would order paint to touch up the affected area. I waited about a week without any updates. I contacted them again and they told me they forgot to order the paint and would order it immediately. Two weeks passed and I still have not heard from them. I gave up on them and will probably take it somewhere else to fix the issue. In addition to the bolts rusting I noticed the bad paint job right in the middle of the inside of the tailgate. A huge ripple and eyesore of a bad paint job. In the future based on the paint job and issue with the bolts, I will probably be using a different body shop.

Joe is incredibly responsive and personable, he genuinely cares about his customers and ensures they leave satisfied. Everything was organized and seamless, the paperwork was ready, and my car was returned to me thoroughly cleaned. They did outstanding work on my 2024 Toyota Venza, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this collision repair shop to anyone looking for quality service and excellent customer care. I’m definitely a satisfied customer!

They gave me an estimate of only $600, which did not include flex additive, color match, or any professional work needed for a plastic bumper." I was absolutely blown away by the amazing work that the shop completed on my vehicle. The entire process from start to finish with seamless. Had a truck fixed her about a month ago we didn't notice they didn't fix the bottom lip and now they want to claim that they didn't claim it to our insurance but you can clearly see that they circled that to take pictures to claim it and that's what gets me the most because you can clearly see their pink oil marker were they claim that they circled it and then tried to clean it off but didn't do a good job of it so you can see the pink there never again will I go to this place now we got to come up with the money for another body shop to fix the goddamn mistakes
