I came in for a scheduled routine maintenance for only 24k miles on my car. Nothing wrong with my car just needed the usual oil change tire rotation etc. They added all these expensive services and told me that I needed it. I also specifically told them not to do the air filter change. I later find out these services were not needed at all for only 24k miles. At the end my bill was $650 which was egregious and they still charged me for the air filter change. I will never be going here again.

When you go here, their sales team will pester you via text after every visit. The Service department themselves will call you if you don't do their email survey. Over all, they seem to feel entitled somehow to more of your time, money, and attention than the dealership premium they charge on services. They will do fine work, but they won't respect you. My recommendation is be glad people are coming to your service center and dealership and stop harassing them after the fact like they owe you more.
