I have NEVER experienced a car wash like this one! The line IS worth the wait! What car wash do you know has a cafe, a Harold’s Chicken, slot machines, AND a bar?! Be for real…there’s nothing like this place. From the moment I handed my key I was welcomed with such grace and professionalism. Stepping into what would ordinarily be the “waiting area,” I mean the pictures speak for themselves. The ambiance and interior design is so elevated and refined. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye, where elegance meets layered textures. Not only does the place look great, but makes you feel good too! The music sets the tone for an enjoyable experience as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, Mark, the young lady and the big boss. Each and everyone were incredibly polite, kind, attentive, and enthusiastic. The food was delicious! That mild sauce and seeing that slice of bread at the bottom- took me back to the good ol’ Harold’s days growing up. I’m calling myself a new loyal customer and I’m so glad I held off on getting a cheap car wash and made time to come check out Berwyn Auto Spa. Trust, this place won’t disappoint! This place is overrated, they barely even clean your car I still had stains I had to take out, they also scratched up my car. For 40 dollars this place is robbery I’d expect more care for almost 50 dollars? Won’t come here again you’re better off washing your car or going to a manual car wash. I also don’t get the good reviews it’s either completely positive or completely negative. Yall are scamming.

The absolute worst place I’ve ever gotten a car wash. Pay attention so they don’t try and scam you. I got my car washed, and once I went to pay they tried charging me $45 instead of $40 - I said why are you charging me an extra $5 - she said “oh, I thought you had an SUV” - keep in mind $45 is NOT the price for an SUV wash, a matter of fact, NOTHING on their wash menu costs $45 - they simply tried to fleece an extra $5 from me thinking I wouldn’t know - funny part; no cars getting washed were SUV’s lol. In terms of the wash itself, the interior was sloppy, backseat has scuffs everywhere and the front seats have some sort of spray wax residue (so I’ll need to re-clean these seats myself). OMG as I’m writing this I see they got BARBEQUE SAUCE on the inside of my windshield. This place is actually terrible. DO NOT GO HERE - complete waste of money and time

Got my car detailed here today! The guys working here were great very hospitable. They did a wonderful job considering it needed to get detailed but I just got the interior/exterior wash. There is a nice place to sit and study or work. Also to drink and eat. The prices were fair, 40$ for interior/exterior of a car. Do prepare to wait a bit tho.

What can I say. I went in for an premium wash in/out on my minivan and left with a full belly, a sparkling clean car AND I was able to get some work done while I waited. Friendly service, attention to detail both with my car and with customer service while waiting. Not only can you get your car washed, but with the free wifi you can get your work done too. Harold's chicken will get your belly filled and then you have you options with either a drink at the full service bar or my favorite COFFEE from Pink Owl. Literally a one stop shop. Thank you again!
