Friendly, great customer service. Didnt charge me an arm and leg to check my brake system. Has accomodating drop off /pick up services.. Will bring my car back for future services. I lappreciate the inspection report, so you can see what they check and give explanations. Gives the customer relief to see what's going on with the vehicle.

Krafftkare Automotive in Bellwood is my new go to auto repair, walking distance when dropping car off. I brought my 2001 Toyota Avalon in for leak and check engine light. The team was friendly and polite.They did a complete diagnosed ( Great price.) on my car and found the problem. I was sent a text with a very detail car inspection rating good,future repairs and immediate attention. Ken called and were very thorough and very clear in communicating the work that needs to be done versus things I should keep an eye on. Thanks again Krafftkare TEAM!
