Even though getting into a car accident is never ideal, Crash Champions made the repair process completely stress-free. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping me updated every step of the way. They even completed my vehicle sooner than originally estimated, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the biggest conveniences was having Enterprise located right in the same building, making the rental car process incredibly easy. I brought my car in for repairs after being rear ended (see pictures). After reading reviews I did get a little nervous, but was pleasantly pleased with the work and efficiency. In a perfect world I’m sure crash champions would repair my car in a day, maybe hours, but it’s easy to forget that parts need to be shipped and perfected. However, I was one of the unfortunate victims of a hailstorm, and my car suffered some heavy damage while at the shop. I was frustrated initially, but what can I do. I did appreciate Erik letting me know and assuring that his team will work efficiently on repairing my car. My timeline: Brought my car in 5/27 or 28th Anticipated delivery; 6/13 Got a call 6/12 about hail damaged, Car was anticipated to be done by 6/18 and was completed 6/17 Overall, I had a great experience. My car? Impeccable, honestly, they left it better than before as they also cleaned my interior. Erik and his team were efficient. The young ladies at the front desk were great as well. Thank you for all the hard work and for tolerating me!

STAY AWAY!!!!! Brought car here based on insurance company's recommendation. They had my car for over a month. Told me multiple times it would be repaired. Then told me they were waiting on a parts after three weeks. Bad communication. If i needed an update i had to reach out. Drove past everyday on my way home from work. Car never moved. Until i complained then they parked it inside of the firestone Nextdoor so i could see it anymore. After 27 days I started to pay out of pocket for my rental car. Had to return the car i had and get a different one from them. The only had one car for me and the plates were expired. Manager kept promising they were just waiting on one part and the. It would be good to go. Called back a week later and they told me the car was totaled. If i could do 0 stars I would. Shady practices going on over here.

From their friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff member running the front office, to the excellent auto body repair work performed and detail work prior to returning my vehicle to me. The shop was very transparent, as they provided updates from start to finish.
