Best autoshop ever, since I moved into aurora years ago I have been going here with different cars. From replacing my 2015 Honda Accord V6 timing chain to replacing seized brakes sets on a 98 jeep Cherokee. They do it right every time.

View on GoogleIf you go here regularly, you are probably fine and will benefit from that rapport. This was my first time using them. The good things were they were relatively quick and had fair prices. They were not pushy either. The bad was that they replaced my rotors along with my brake pads when I didn't need new rotors, and this was not communicated clearly to me prior to their work. The rotors were replaced about fifteen months ago by my old mechanic who's retired now. I know many mechanics do pads and rotors at the same time, so I would have probably experienced this at other mechanics, too. It was really the mechanic's response about the rotors that was the issue. When I went to pay, I explained I just had the rotors done about a year ago and shouldn't have needed new ones so quick, and he just said "Well you didn't get them done here," then brushed it off. Thankfully, it was not too expensive.
View on GoogleI'm sure this shop and workers are legit and do good work but everytime I call its a 4-5 day wait. good for the shop but if customer needs something done soon then not good for the customer. Not far for here just one block over is Marty's Automotive and not only are they also busy but they'll repair your car in a day or two of dropping it off. Maybe one day I'll get serviced here but of course I don't plan for my car to be broken anytime soon.
