In today's day and age of shops having reputations of gouging people and even making up problems just to get business this place is a breathe of fresh air. I initially came to them to get a price quote on brakes for my Audi A4 that the dealership told me were needed and were going to cost over $3000. The guys here not only measured my brakes but brought me back to see it. I had over half of my pad life left. They also found stuff during the inspections they do during oil changes which I stayed to have mine done. So just last week I had brought it in to do the motor mounts that were leaking, yes for those that don't have a German engineered car the motor mounts have fluid. While doing that they found my front lower controls are were cracked and moving. Not expecting that cost Alex talked me through it answering all my questions with compassion and understanding. Even understanding the financial of it was my hesitation along with understanding my concern and skepticism and offered to take a video to show me them moving out of place. Then on top of that gave me his honest elassessment of priority wise what should be handled and was willing to pivot and reach out to his vendor right away to get the parts. Then called me back as I was discussing it with my wife to say he got his vendor to come down a bit on the prices and saved me $300. Doesn't sound like much but with a $3500 price tag it is a good amount. I appreciate their honesty and their willingness to talk through what's going on where a lot of places just get directly to the point and want you to either do the work or not and couldn't care less. This shop respects that people who drive high end cars need a place they can trust.

Top notch service! I live out of state and was looking at a BMW 435 F36 at Naperville dealership. Their dealership pics and angles and CARFAX looked great, thought it was a shoe in. These guys did a PIP & saved me from a disaster waiting to happen. Great job guys!!!! Their report was thorough & comprehensive (and quite disturbing). $ well spent, saved me a plane flight and probably a tow on the way home. Ivan was excellent to work with!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I’ve brought my car to Ivan at Performance Werks around 3 different times. All 3 times they have treated me with respect and made me feel like my car matters to them. From carbon cleaning to fixing misfires, their team does a phenomenal job. The advisor Ivan kept me updated with every new update in a timely manner and got my car back on the road as soon as possible. 10/10 experience all around with these guys. Fast, reliable, honest and attentive are few of the many great things I can say about them. Life is good having these guys in your corner. Keep up the great work!

The staff is very knowledgeable, personable, professional, fast service & friendly. They dud a great job beak job on my foreign SUV & Oil change. The pricing beat dealership pricing. They mail out coupons which is a plus with this economy. I will definitely be back!

I brought my Chevy Cruze here because of a check engine light and it was smelling heavily of fumes and ngl I was a little nervous because it’s not a foreign car, but no it was the best accident that happened! My car drives better than ever and most importantly doesn’t reek of fume!! And the workers are very welcoming and has great costumer Service Thank you so much Mike and Alex!
