The entire crew is phenomenal! They are fast, yet very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough! I completely trust them. It’s been nearly two years since I visited my dealership for routine maintenance; while being overcharged. My dealership will see me only if there is a recall!.
View on GoogleThis morning 06/02/2026 I went to do a vehicle inspection I park near the main entrance, the guy at the front desk told me to park on front of the main entrance so I moved my car next to the fine sings parkings 2 or 3 steps away, and he told me no I need to park right in front were the fine parkings are. I just told him you no what I’m going to leave but I’m going to give you guys a very bad review for your costumer service. The owner o wherever person have access to the Cameras can check this at was around 9:25 am
View on Google1. Staff was rude would be an overstatement but definitely not polite 2. He literally told me I can’t wait there while my car getting fixed. He said I need “waiting appointment”, this is the first I’ve heard of such a thing. 3. I came out, started the car and went across the street to Firestone Auto and got it done under an hour and they let me wait there with best customer service
View on GoogleWent in for a simple plug of a slow leak on a tire; walked out with the sidewall blown and had to buy two new tires (NOT at Pep Boys BTW). Took no responsibility for their error. Would give this place 0 stars if I could but it won’t let me post without at least one. Will NEVER go there again!!!
View on GooglePhenomenal job on the brakes for my 2010 Hyundai Sonata Limited. Just the slightest tap of the pedal and I’m already slowing down at a great rate. They recommended just the front brakes, but I wanted that extra peace of mind. They fulfilled my request and got all of the brakes done in a timely manner. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other shops. I see myself visiting this shop again for more future repairs. Thank you guys so much!
